Enter the brand hub
Currently, only TikTok automatic order transfer is supported. You must first authorize and connect at least one TikTok shop. Otherwise, you will not be able to view the complete contents in the brand hub. After successful connection, click to enter the "Brands" page.

On this page, you can view all brands and filter by brand.
Application for Brand Authorization
Click on the product to access the product details page. Click "Apply for brand authorization" and fill in your store name, company name, and company registration address to request the brand authorization letter.
The brand authorization letter can be purchased without applying. If needed, you can apply at any time. If the applying store has not placed a purchase order for this product at the time of application, you must agree to let the supplier view the sales volume of this store over the past 30 days.
Verify the authorized brands
Click on "Brand Authorization" to verify if the brand authorization is complete, along with the authorization letter and its validity period.
Minimum Retail Price (MRP)
The actual transaction price of the store must not be lower than the MRP (Minimum Retail Price) set by NeoBund.
MRP (Minimum Retail Price) = Final transaction price of the order + Store discount (excluding platform discounts and freight).
The minimum retail price for orders in the distributor's store must not fall below the publicly announced minimum retail price of the product. Orders that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for purchase on NeoBund. Please note that there is no manual order option in the brand hub.
